Physical Fitness Testing Options

InBody 570 Body Composition Testing

Whether you are working to improve your body composition or maintain what you’ve already built, we’re here to help.

We offer InBody 570 body composition testing to ensure you have the data you need to monitor your progress.

InBody 570 body composition tests go beyond traditional body composition analysis, measuring fat, muscle, and total body water.

Our analyzer divides your total body water data into intracellular water and extracellular water levels, which are important for understanding fluid distribution in wellness and fitness contexts.

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Testing

40 minutes

If you’re struggling to lose, gain, or even maintain your weight, RMR testing may be a great option for you.

While RMR formulas are great for average people, very few people are exactly average! Resting Metabolism Rate testing can show you what you burn on a daily basis, helping you precisely hone in your nutrition.

RMR testing is easy and stress-free, taking less than 30 minutes. You just lay down, relax, and breathe into a tube connected to our testing equipment for around 10 minutes!

Metabolic Efficiency Testing (MET)

40-100 minutes

For athletes who are working on building their aerobic base and optimizing their performance, MET is a great addition to your data arsenal!

With the MET, you’ll learn how your body utilizes carbohydrates and fat as you exercise. You’ll also learn how much nutrition you need during endurance workouts to perform at your best.

You will be provided with custom heart rate zones after your test. These heart rate zones can help you maximize your results from time spent on cardio exercise!

For athletes who work out in a heart rate zone based setting, custom heart rate zones will ensure you’re building your metabolic efficiency and not just chasing points on the screen!
